relevance. One of the biggest
desires by the clients was to
have a comfortable, understated
home. And even at 8,500 sf, this
home is very comfortable and
manageable.
The main core of the home
containing the living, entry and
kitchen is flanked on all four
sides with courtyards. Designed
and coordinated by Allan Teta,
