South Pacific Residence
Oceanside, CA
--> This circa 1930s home is a
great example of French
Norman Eclectic architecture.
The home is located just outside
the gates of St. Malo. It was
originally built by the father of
Julia Childs and has been
deemed historically significant.
The renovation consists of
minor building expansion,
interior revision and exterior
deck expansion. Specific
attention has been made to
maintain consistency with the
existing style and detailing. The
project allows for expansion
while maintaining the
architectural intent distinctive of
the St. Malo community and
surrounding homes.
